Unless otherwise specified, all orders are packed and despatched on the afternoon of receipt and delivered during the course of the Next Working Day.
If you want to specify a forward Next Working Day delivery, please enter your required delivery date in the box above the order confirmation button.
Please call 0116 224 0072 to arrange Timed or Saturday Deliveries at additional cost.
If a Timed Delivery is logged as delivered at more than 20 minutes over the contracted time a refund of the difference between the Next Working Day price and the Timed Delivery price will be given.
Next Working Day delivery means delivery between 7.00 AM and 7.00 PM subject to normal transport conditions.
Deliveries outside the normal Next Working Day times may be made when transport delays occur as a result of adverse traffic or weather conditions.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
When you place this order you agree that you accept our Terms & Conditions and our Refunds Policy which clearly states that if adverse conditions result in delayed delivery, or in the extreme case non delivery, that you will not be able to reclaim a refund, as neither transport companies nor insurers cover Force Majeure.
